In Memory of Melissa: Support for Patrick

My name is Jenny Steuernagle, a close friend of Melissa Hennessy.

On October 20th, Melissa suffered from an unexpected seizure. She had no past medical conditions or symptoms that would warn any one of what was to become a fatal incident. She suffered from swelling and a severe brain bleed. She passed the next day. Upon her selflessness and love for others, she donated her organs and was able to save many lives.

Melissa was 35 years old. She was survived by her husband, Patrick Hennessy & their 3 beloved dogs, her parents/step parents, brother, niece, and nephews. She leaves behind her loving & supportive in-laws and many friends who cared about her.

Melissa and Patrick have been together for 12 years & had recently celebrated their 6th wedding anniversary on October 14th. Seeing them together would make you believe in love. They were truly soulmates. If you knew Melissa, you’d know that she was a huge advocate for animals. Her dogs were her children and I know they are missing their mama.

We would like to raise funds to help Patrick to help offset medical bills and expenses during this extremely difficult and unimaginable time.
