In memory of Mick Warren and Kevin Baker

Our thoughts and deepest condolences go out to the families, friends, and all who have been affected by the tragic deaths, of two of Pacific National employees, Mick Warren and Kevin Baker.

They were doing their job, doing what they loved, driving a train from Sydney to Perth when tragedy struck.

On 31 December 2023, Kevin and Mick were involved in a fatal level crossing incident involving a truck, on the Barrier Highway at Bindarrah, near the SA and NSW border.

‘We care more’ is the Pacific National core philosophy, and we have been overwhelmed by the care, support and offers to assist from people across the business to support Mick and Kevin’s families at this difficult time.

There are many ways to support Mick and Kevin’s families, but if you would like to personally donate, Pacific National are coordinating a GoFundMe, to allow you to do so. Please be assured all funds will be given evenly to Renae Warren (Mick’s Wife) and Petrea Ellis (Kevin’s Wife).
