In Memory of Millie Hernandez: Family Support

It hasn’t even been a year since our brother passed and now our mother has joined him to be with God in heaven. It happened suddenly even though she had been sick for many years yet regardless of those ailments she always liked to smile and loved even more to laugh. Millie Hernandez was a warrior in every way you can imagine and even then some, she had a fighting spirit and was THE strongest woman many have come to know. Spunky and compassionate begin to only name a few of her great qualities, she was such a loving human being and she loved her family more than anything in this life; God above all else. She made the greatest sacrifice as a mother raising her children as a disabled sickly woman but didn’t let that stop her from living a full life surrounded by people lovingly devoted to her

Thank you dear God for showing mercy, you are our refuge and strength in times of trouble. Meet us in our time of sorrow and lift our eyes to the peace and light of your compassionate hand. You have promised that you are near to the brokenhearted and close to those who are crushed in spirit. Draw near to us dear Lord and may we find comfort in your presence.
