In Memory of Mohamed Kamara: Funeral Expenses

On Sunday, May 1st, at 4:46 pm, Mohamed Kamara passed away peacefully surrounded by family and loved ones.

After falling victim to a random act of gun violence, my father was hospitalized for several weeks battling critical injuries. Unfortunately, despite doctors' best efforts, his injuries continued to worsen, ultimately leading to his passing. My father was an incredibly kind, loving and hard-working man, and he was loved by all who knew him. He helped make me into the man I am today, and losing him will forever change me. As my family and I try to make our peace with this heartbreaking tragedy and move forward, we wish to honor and celebrate the life of my father.
