In Memory Of: Mrs.Ramirez and Mr.Sanjuan

Creating this GoFundMe is difficult for me because it means that I must accept this new harsh reality. On the morning of July 10th I lost the two most important people in my life to a tragedy, mom and dad; the ones I always hoped would be by my side.

My mom, Veronica Ramirez, was a humble, loving, and genuine soul. She was full of life and went above and beyond for her kids, daily. My dad, Gerardo Sanjuan, was a shy and quiet person but always witty around us. They both always made sure we were taken care of and now it is our turn. Veronica and Gerardo left behind my brother (18) and I (23) to make these tough afterlife decisions for them. These are decisions no one should have to make at a young age. Unfortunately, besides funeral expenses we are also left to carry our own living expenses. This is more than we can bare and any donations and/or prayers would help us greatly during these times.

Crear este GoFundMe es difícil para mí porque significa que debo aceptar esta nueva y dura realidad. En la mañana del 10 de julio perdí a las dos personas más importantes de mi vida en una tragedia, mamá y papá; los que siempre esperé que estuvieran a mi lado.

Mi mamá, Verónica Ramírez, era un alma humilde, amorosa y genuina. Estaba llena de vida y hacía todo lo posible por sus hijos, todos los días. Mi papá, Gerardo Sanjuan, era una persona tímida y callada pero siempre ingeniosa cuando estaba con nosotros. Ambos siempre se aseguraron de que nos cuidaran y ahora es nuestro turno. Verónica y Gerardo dejaron atrás a mi hermano (18) ya mí (23) para tomar estas difíciles decisiones por ellos. Estas son decisiones que nadie debería tener que tomar a una edad temprana. Desafortunadamente, además de los gastos del funeral, también nos queda a cargo de nuestros propios gastos. Cualquier donación o oración nos ayudaría mucho durante estos tiempos.
