In memory of my best friend's mother, Solveig

Hi, my name is Matilda and I'm fundraising for my best friend whose mother Solveig passed away in lung cancer in September 2024.

All money raised will go to her daughter to help with costs related to the funeral.

For the 18 years that I've known my best friend and her mother I haven't seen a stronger bond between mother and daughter.

They were each other's everything.

Solveig was a big fan of music and some of my favourite pictures I've seen of her is of her brother, who sadly also has passed away, and her doing makeup on each other to look like the members of the band KISS.

She also had an amazing love and respect for animals and treasured their lives, even if it was the tiniest spider.

My best friend is like a sister to me, she is doing her best all on her own, but if there is anything I can do to help her it would mean the world to me.

I'm so so grateful for any help, I can't thank you enough!
