Donation protected
On Sunday, May 3, 2020, our family and community lost an amazing husband, father, son, brother and educator. Dr. Gerald Glisson served as the principal of Paterson’s Eastside High School for the past three years. Prior to becoming the principal for Eastside High School, he was the Athletic Director for Neptune High School.
Dr. Gerald Glisson attended Neptune Township High School before earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Delaware State University as well as a Master of Arts Degree in Special Education and Teaching from New Jersey City University. In 2006 he earned a Master of Education Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Phoenix. Later on, he went on to earn a Doctorate degree from University of Phoenix in 2019.
Dr. Gerald Glisson was apart of the Omgea Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc Lambda Upsilon Chapter Psi Epsilon Chapter Spring ‘94. He was a tremendous role model to his community, a loving husband to his Wife Michelle Glisson and two beautiful daughters Sydney and Skylar Glisson.
On behalf of the loss of Dr. Glisson, we would like to start a GoFundMe account that will directly go to his Wife and his two daughters college tuition.
We would like to thank each and everyone who has loved and supported Gerald. Our thoughts and prayers are with our family, the community and with every life he has touched.
