In loving memory of Nathan Evans

This page has been set up in loving memory of the beloved Husband, Dad, Son, Brother, Grandson, Nephew, Uncle and friend; our wonderful Nathan who sadly passed away with his family around him on 15th April 2024 leaving behind his beautiful son Ollie.

As many of you know Nathan was sadly diagnosed with a Brain Tumour in 2020 that changed our lives forever.

In lieu of flowers we welcome donations however big or small to the following charities and all funds will be split evenly between both charities:

The first charity is the Brain Tumour Charity, an incredible charity pioneering the vital research into finding a cure for this cruel disease with its aim to double survival and halve the harm caused by brain tumours. Unfortunately Brain tumours only get 1% of funding towards research which is heartbreaking as there is so much that needs to be done with horrible disease that is destroying families.

The second charity is the Hospice of the Valleys. The dedicated team provided the most outstanding level of care and went over and above to support Nathan and his family at such a difficult time. On behalf of Nathan’s family we will never be able to thank them enough alongside the Ebbw Vale District Nursing Team for the level of support and empathetic care that they provided which was truly inspiring.

We thank everyone for their kindness, it is truly overwhelming and comforting to see how loved Nathan was and thank you for your ongoing support during this difficult time.
