In Memory Of Nigel Goodall

Hi,

My name is Kim, and I am Nigel's Daughter.

My father passed away on Tuesday 15th March after a very short battle with Skin Cancer; this shocked all his friends and family and left us broken-hearted.

My dad was a very talented man and has written many celebrity biographies during his career and left an amazing literacy legacy behind. www.nigelgoodall.co.uk

As many of you will be aware, he also had fibromyalgia which was debilitating at times for him. So much so that he was unable to work consistently in recent times. He lived from month to month on a very tight budget. This budget didn't make allowances for his funeral costs and as most of his work was freelance, he didn't have any private pension plans either and didnt take out any funeral plans or life insurance.

As a family we would like for dad to be buried and we believe that this is what he wanted. He will have a resting place where we can all visit.

At the time of writing this we have no idea how we can pay for my fathers funeral costs which are likely to be around £5,500.

Anything extra we raise will be donated to St Wilfrid's Hospice where he stayed for the last few days of his life and was cared for so well by their incredible staff.
