In Memory of Officer Dominic Belcastro

Hello, my name is Dean Berrigan, I am
a Police Officer with the Phillipsburg Police
Department and I worked with
Dominic Belcastro. 

The Phillipsburg Police Department is
mourning the loss of one of our own.  

On April 3rd, 2021 , Officer Dominic
Belcastro of The Phillipsburg Police
Department was Tragically killed in an
Off-Duty Motorcycle Accident. 

Officer Belcastro was a dedicated member of
the Police Department and its Honor Guard.
In addition, he was a veteran of the
United States Army and an Operator with 
the Warren County Tactical Response Team. 
Officer Belcastro proudly served the
Phillipsburg Police Department for 8 years. 

Officer Belcastro Leaves behind his Loving
Wife and  two beautiful daughters. All
proceeds will be donated to Officer 
Belcastro’s Family . 

In order to do this, I have set up a personal
bank account that is dedicated specifically for 
these donations. Once the campaign is
complete, I will write a check for the total
amount and bring it to Dominic’s wife, Kristen Belcastro, with other members of the Police 
Department. 

Our sincerest thoughts and prayers are with 
Officer Belcastro’s Family  -  Blood And  Blue.
