In Memory of Our Loved Sister Candace Proctor

Early Tuesday morning , Aug 3rd, A tender soul was called home Ms.Candace Proctor. Candace was a loving sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. Her life was cut short due to a senseless shooting. She was loved and she is truly missed so much! We are all devastated by Candace’s sudden passing. We want to give her the memorial she deserves, to honor her memory, and to say our last goodbyes.
