In Memory of Paul Severino: Aid for BobbiJo and Damien

My name is Laura Severino. On October 1st, our entire world was forever changed by the loss of our beloved son, Paul, tragically to complications of a rare form of pancreatic cancer. He just turned 40 in May. He was doing so well, in remission in mid-August, and then over the month of September, his health spiraled, and we lost him.

Paul was truly a one-of-a-kind guy. If you had the privilege of knowing our Paully, you know what a kindhearted, caring, funny, and genuinely great guy he was. He loved everyone, and everyone certainly loved him.

He fought his battle with the beast pretty privately with determination, grace, and his ever-present sense of humor for 9 months until his body could take no more. Our extremely close-knit family is completely shattered.

Myself, Paul's dad Jerry, and his brothers Jason and Tony and their families are asking for help for the love of Paul’s life, BobbiJo, and his stepson, Damien.

At Paul's beautiful service, attended by several hundred people, everyone kindly offered to just ask if we needed anything... well, we do have a request. We feel the best way to honor Paul would be for us to raise some funds to go to BobbiJo and Damien. We lost our son and brother; they lost their entire world. Life is going to be very different and financially difficult for them. Some financial stability in the coming months would be a blessing for Paul's little family. Any donations, no matter the size, would be deeply appreciated.
