In Memory of Paul Spinks
Donation protected
It is with a heavy heart we say a final farewell to our good friend Paul Spinks.
A father, brother, music promoter, DJ, friend and supporter of all things community based.
We will all hold fond memories of this dear, sweet man who touched the lives of all who knew him.
We are asking for donations to contribute towards the cost of his funeral instead of floral tributes.
Thank you for all the support of all the friends from our local community.
The love has been overwhelming.
After a series of debilitating strokes in quick succession over the course of September this year, Paul tragically made the decision to take his own life on September 20th 2020.
To say we were all shocked and saddened by this is an understatement.
His son had been left with the responsibility of arranging and paying for the funeral on his own and as such we, Paul's' friends from his local community in SE18, wish to help and contribute towards these expenses as much as we can hence the reason I have set up this page.
The wake is to be held at The Old Mill Public House on 22nd October from 5pm.
Although this campaign is short notice we would very much welcome and value all contributions made before that time.
It has been incredibly touching to receive all the kind messages of support.
Paul stood for love, compassion and kindness.
We feel the love now.
Thank you.
