In memory of Poppy Beck
Sadly, our beautiful daughter Poppy lost her battle with AML leukemia on February 24th 2021, after a short period at home after she relapsed in the New Year. She was always so happy and so brave and we miss her so much.
Instead of flowers at her funeral, we would like donations to go towards 2 charities that have helped both us and Poppy;
'GOSH AML leukemia research' and 'Positive about down syndrome'.
This page will donate money to Positive about Down Syndrome.
Positive about Down syndrome provides resources to maternity units for new & expectant parents to understand reality of Down syndrome today. Our website is written by young people with Down syndrome and parents for new & expectant parents. We also provide counselling, peer support and training to ensure new & expectant parents receive the information & support they deserve.
