In Memory of Rajib

When I was a junior and senior in high school, I participated in a local volunteer program.  The program brought together 65 elementary school children from North Philadelphia and an equal number of high school students from the western suburbs.  Each child was paired with a high school tutor who provided weekly one-on-one help with reading and writing skills.   I was paired with Ashley Hicks.

Fast forward 20 years.    Ashley is the loving mother of two boys, Nas and Rajib.  Her boys are her world.  Earlier this week, she lost her son in a horrible accident.  She lost her beautiful 9 year old baby.  Please keep her family in your prayers.  If you are able to donate to assist with Rajib's funeral costs, I know her family would appreciate it.
