In Loving Memory of Reginald Valentine Sr.

Our family is raising money to benefit Morehouse College, in loving memory of our husband, father, grandpa, great-grandpa, brother and uncle, Reginald Valentine Sr., who passed on April 23, 2022. Reginald attended Moorehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia in the early 1960s. While at Morehouse, Reginald met his wife, Julia, who attended nearby Spelman College.

For over 150 years, Morehouse College has prepared young men to change the world.  The mission of Morehouse College is to develop men with disciplined minds who will lead lives of leadership and service. A private historically black liberal arts college for men, Morehouse realizes this mission by emphasizing the intellectual and character development of its students. In addition, the College assumes special responsibility for teaching the history and culture of black people.
