In memory of Rizza Rufo: Loving Wife and Mother

Hello, my name is Rose Ann and I am setting up this GoFundMe page for my sister Rizza Rufo. Rizza suddenly passed away on 4/22/24 due to cardiac arrest, this was a shocking and very tragic event for our family.

Our family was preparing to have a memorial for our Mom who passed away a year ago on the same date 4/22/23, but instead we're preparing for my sister's funeral procession. This is a very difficult time for our family leaving us very heartbroken and trying to cope with the loss of both my mom and eldest sister.

Rizza was only 47 years old when she passed away. She is survived by her husband and 2 children ages 21 and 13. The funds will go towards her funeral costs and anything else that is leftover will be setup for an education fund for her youngest child.

Rizza was a very kind and selfless person who always put other people first. She cared and loved her family so much. She was always trying to help her friends and family that were in need. We appreciate all the love and support we have received so far, it shows how many people she has touched and how loved she was from everyone.

It has been very difficult for me to write this up. Losing my mother a year ago has been very hard, and now I've lost my sister whom I love so much. I would call and facetime with both my mom and sister everyday because we lived so far apart.

When our mother passed away last year we were all devastated because she suffered from cardiac arrest as well and we were not prepared to deal with a loss. Our family now has to deal with the loss of 2 of our family members who passed away on the same day and in the same way.
