In Memory of Robert Kitchens: Family Support

Robert Kitchens was diagnosed with grade four glioblastoma in mid-January 2024. He received brain surgery shortly after diagnosis and was released from the hospital on February 9th, 2024. From then on, Rob’s physical condition gradually declined. He remained hopeful throughout his journey and diligently followed a ketogenic diet.

In April of 2024, Rob was able to see the eclipse in totality in Vermont with friends and family. Many of Rob’s friends and family visited all throughout his journey. He was still talking with us up until a couple weeks before his passing.

On July 12th, 2024, Robert passed on surrounded by family in his home.
