In Memory of Robert Wallace: Support for Mary

Dear family, friends, and warm-hearted supporters,

Our beloved father, Robert Wallace, passed away after a 10-year-long battle with aggressive prostate cancer on Sunday, 10/6/24. Dad had a tendency to care for others more than himself. He was a man of strong faith, and God kept him going much longer than doctors predicted. Beating the odds numerous times over the course of the last 3 years has taken a toll on our family and especially Mom, who he leaves behind after 49 years. We are trying to ease the financial burden left for Mom during this difficult time.

I can't tell you enough wonderful things about our dad, but the most important thing was he was the most faithful man to his Lord and Savior and his family. Mom and Dad met in college at RIT when a teacher introduced them in 1975. They went on to get married, build their family, and always followed the Lord's next steps He had laid out for them. They really were made for each other, and we look up to their love story.

If you have ever met my mom, Mary, you know that she has one of the purest hearts. She is such a beam of light and joy to be around. She has always put everyone else first before herself, and she always tries to look for the good in everyone. Her love story wasn't supposed to be cut this short, but hopefully, this brings even just one person to the Lord, which is what my Dad had always hoped would come out of his story.

Your support will go towards medical expenses, memorial, funeral costs, and living expenses that Mom is unexpectedly left with after losing all of Dad's life insurance policies from the cancer diagnosis.
