In Memory of Ronald Rex Lofton, Jr.
In loving memory of Rex, gone too soon, we have this page for family and friends which would like to donate to the account for Rex’s daughter, Addilynn Lofton. An account will be at Catahoula-LaSalle Bank in her name.
Ronald Rex Lofton, Jr. was born November 21, 1990, in Natchez, Mississippi, and passed away August 18, 2021, in Monroe, Louisiana. Rex grew up in Sicily Island, Louisiana where he graduated from Sicily Island High School. After high school, Rex moved to Monroe where he lived until his passing. Rex was the Manager of Starbucks in Ruston, Louisiana. He loved coffee, hiking, traveling, and most of all his daughter Addi.
To meet Rex was to love him. He never met a stranger and always met you with a smile. His smile could light up a room. His hugs were one of a kind and he readily shared them with those he loved. His sense of humor was unmatched. He loved to make people laugh. Rex got the traveling fever as a child and took it with him into his adult years. He loved taking his fiancé and daughter to see new places. Mountains were his happy place. He loved being outside.
Rex was a family man. His daughter was his world from the day she was born ten years ago. He loved, and when Rex did you knew it because he would be sure to tell you. That love was returned by many, both family and friends.
