In Memory of Samantha Slade

We are deeply heartbroken by the sudden passing of Samantha Slade on July 7th, 2023. A Mother to Kortiney Alexis, daughter to Leonora and sister to Tyrone Slade. The outpouring of love is overwhelming and the family feels so blessed and humbled by your support. We have created this fundraiser in hopes of relieving some of the financial burden to the Slade family. Sam’s daughter, Kortiney Alexis, will need all the love and support through this difficult time. Anything you can contribute will be greatly appreciated and will be for funeral expenses and to close the last chapter of Sam’s life with dignity and grace. Our Plan for Sam is to bring her ashes to North Carolina for her final resting place alongside her father.
