In Memory of Sebastian Champion

Sebastian Champion passed away on September 10th, not long before his first birthday. His short life was filled with incredible medical challenges and disabilities, yet it was also filled with incredible love, especially from his mom, Denise, and brother, Caleb.

Denise, Caleb, and Sebastian have been part of the HOPE HEALS CAMP community for many years. Please help us rally around Denise, who is a single mom and full-time caregiver for Caleb, who has CP. This tangible support will help her cover funeral costs, medical bills, and other immediate needs.
