In Memory of Shekema Toran: Support Her Family

My name is Summer Veihman, and I am a friend of Shekema's mother Georgette and her older two children KC and Christol. I only had the pleasure of knowing Shekema these past few months. I have been told she is her mother's twin, whom I know to be strong, kindhearted, vivacious, and a true leader. I have had the pleasure of watching her older two on the basketball court, which I know is a shared passion of theirs. I know her children to be hardworking, determined, kind, and loyal, which I know is a true testament to Shekema and Georgette. This account is for them to help, bless, and honor them in any way we can. All the funds will go directly into Georgette's account, to be used in any way she sees fits for the family. Please help me continue to pray for them and surround them with as much love as possible.

To honor and celebrate the beautiful life of Shekema Toran, we have started a GoFundMe campaign to alleviate the cost of funeral expenses. Shekema was deeply loved by her family and friends and made an impact on this community as we desperately searched for answers.
