(Closed) In Memory of Sheldon Bennett: Covering Final Costs
Donation protected
Thanks for your generous donations! We received enough to cover the burial costs and a headstone, so we have closed the fundraiser to further donations.
It is with heavy hearts that my sisters and I, Kathy, Judy, Janet, and Patti, report that sometime Sunday, unbeknownst to all but the Angels and his past four-legged friends, our brother, Sheldon Bennett slipped through the veil between earth and heaven.
He was a simple man and never accumulated a lot of assets or savings. He loved hunting, fishing, and riding his horses through the trees with his dogs scampering nearby. He served faithfully in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, often in the capacity of a leader in the Boy Scouts of America programs of the church. Mountain man rendezvous and scouting were his greatest passions.
A memorial was held Friday, November 1, at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 602 Schweitzer Cutoff Rd., Sandpoint, ID.
We hope you have fond memories of his kind and helpful heart.
