In Memory of Siboram "Pat" Patro

Dear friends and family,

It is with a heavy heart we inform you that our friend Sachin's father has passed away unexpectedly.

A few words from Sachin on his father:

"Siboram “Pat” Patro, my dad, was one of the most kind hearted and friendly people you could’ve ever met. He lit up any room with his energy and jokes. He made sure his friends were taken care of and reminded us all, constantly, that life is too short to sit and be stressed. You could never stress him out and that energy was infectious. He always made enormous sacrifices for our family, ensuring that no matter what was going on, we would always have food on the table and a roof over our heads.

My dad was taken from us in a cowardly act of violence this morning during a robbery at a gas station where he works a night shift. It’s been an overwhelming day filled with the sadness that he’s not coming home anymore and with the anger that he was taken by unnecessary violence.

My mother and I are very grateful to everyone for their support and overwhelming kindness during this difficult time. It means the world to us."
