In Loving Memory of Abbey – Support for Her Family

It is with heavy hearts that we share the tragic loss of Abbey, an extraordinary Airman and beloved friend. Abbey served our country with unwavering dedication, deploying in support of the Afghanistan withdrawal in 2021. Despite her strength and commitment, the immense stress from her service took its toll, and on December 13, 2024, Abbey made the heartbreaking decision to end her life.

Abbey was a shining light in the lives of all who knew her—kind, courageous, and always willing to help those around her. She leaves behind her loving husband, Sang, who also serves in the United States Air Force.

As her family navigates this devastating loss, they are faced with unexpected funeral expenses. To honor Abbey’s memory and provide her family the support they need during this incredibly difficult time, we are reaching out to friends, fellow service members, and anyone moved to help.
