In Memory of Stan Aten

It is with deep regret that we share with you the news of the sudden passing of Stan Aten on Saturday, November 10, 2018.
Stan was a loving husband and soul mate and Vegas partner of Kathy; devoted father and had unconditional love for his children, Alexis, Ryan, Shannon Rease, Tevon Rease and Tyler; dear son of Julie (nee Friederich) and Orley Aten; cherished brother of Brad (Dana), Greg (Sharon), Jeff (Stephanie) and Tim (Peggy); much loved nephew, uncle, cousin and friend of many. Stan touched so many lives besides his family and was a beloved baseball coach in Berea and Middleburg Hts. and was a proud graduate and lifelong supporter of Mentor High School.
Stan was a friend, a mentor. Someone you could easily share a concern with, and even more easily a joke, a laugh, or a caring moment together. His passion for helping others was beyond compare. Stan was always there, he was loved and cherished by all who crossed his path. His charm, his smile, his contagious laugh, always optimistic and in high spirits.
With the passing of Stan, the Aten family needs your help. As tough as it is to deal with the sudden loss of Stan, there are financial obligations that need to be dealt with. Any donation will be welcomed in helping the family through this devastating time. We appreciate your deep concern for such a caring man and his loved ones.
