In Memory of Susan McLaughlin: Aid for Her Loving Family

(UPDATE - $15K more than shown here has been raised already but is being transferred to the family in the meantime). It is with great sadness that I share the news of Susan’s passing. Susan went to be with her Lord and Savior today (Christmas Day) at 2:25 PM after a brief but challenging battle with cancer. She was not in pain and went in her sleep while being accompanied by her loved ones. Those who knew her have come to appreciate the wonderful woman she was. She lived as an example to us with her unwavering patience, love, kindness, servitude, and wisdom. Even in the hardest parts of her fight against cancer she had nothing but positivity to bring to the world. She said that if it weren’t for cancer she would have never known how much love and kindness there was out there.

Susan was unafraid and remained focused on helping others until her very last waking moments. Susan has been a blessing to us all, leaving an enduring impact that will not be forgotten. Her absence will be deeply felt.

Please keep Susan's family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. If you have the ability to help with funeral expenses, medical bills, and relief for her husband and kids as they put life on hold to spend each moment with Susan, anything helps.
