In memory of Tatay - Support of funeral & hospital bills

Hello, my name is Ishaan. I am raising funds for my beloved grandfather, Apolinario Butial Vargas, who recently passed away on October 2nd in the Philippines.

Before his passing he was in an accident, where he got a stroke and lung inflammation which led to hospitalization and a week in the ICU. They did everything they could to prevent him from getting worse or dying, which made the bills grow even more.

Sadly, on the 2nd of October 2024 he took his last breath. My grandmother expected the insurance company to cover most of the costs, which turned out to be completely untrue - as the insurance company had scammed my grandparents and will only cover a very small amount of it all.

We are devastated of our loss and the amount of hospital bills we have to pay, as my family in the Philippines are not able to afford it all - we are asking for help from everyone possible. If you are not able to donate then a share of this fundraiser is more than enough.
