In Memory of Taylor Phelps (F3 Cardinal)

Tragically and sadly, we lost our F3 brother, Cardinal (Taylor Phelps), during a workout on January 11th. We loved having him at the Rampart AO and miss him dearly. He leaves a wife and two young children - and was the Senior Pastor at Caney Ford Baptist Church (Harriman).

On Saturday, January 14th, F3 men had a Memorial Workout in his honor. 170 men from East TN gathered together to complete the workout that Taylor designed. Thousands of other men across the U.S. and around the globe have completed "Cardinal's VQ" as a tribute to this good man.
