In Memory of Terrence Buie

In Remembrance of Terrence Buie, PBA Local 383 has launched this fundraiser to support his family in this difficult time. Detective Terrence Buie was a member of the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice since 2003, most recently assigned to the Office of Securities Fraud and Financial Crimes Prosecution. Prior to his service as a DCJ Detective, Terrence served his community as a Police Officer in Philadelphia with the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA).

In addition to his daily duties with DCJ, Terrence served as a resiliency program officer where he assisted other law enforcement officers in handling the stress and challenges of this demanding profession. Those who knew Terrence whether through daily interactions, or by contact with the resiliency program were touched by his thoughtful presence, caring demeanor, and kind nature.

Funeral services will be held at The Family Church, 333 Preston Aven, Voorhees, NJ on Thursday, April 13, 2023 beginning at 11:00 am.
