In Memory of Tracy Bell-Owens

My mom Tracy Owens was an amazing person all around with a beautiful soul. She fell ill and fought so hard to be here for her grandbabies and children. We are trying to honor her wishes and have a beautiful home going for her. Shes was 57 years young with a host of grandkids, children, friends and family that she loved dearly.
