In Memory of “UNCLE” CHIP

With all the emotional pain and stress that death brings, it has also brought financial burden. I would like to raise money for debt and medical expenses that I have incurred to make his final years comfortable at home.

As his baby sister and sole caregiver, I am left to address the debt such as medical bed, medications that were not covered by insurance, and remaining medical bills. There were also many household accommodations I paid for to help make his finals months comfortable at our home.

I know he had many friends and even more that he mentored. If Chip impacted your life, please consider honoring his life by helping me.
