In Memory of Violeta Valera: Support Her Family

On September 3rd, 2024, my Mother, Violeta Valentin Valera was hospitalized for shortness of breath. She stayed at the hospital for seven days until she took her last breath on September 10,2024.

Violeta was only supposed to be hospitalized for two days unfortunately her condition worsen during those two days.

Violeta Valentin Valera had been battling Stage 4 kidney cancer for 5 years since 2019. During these 5 years Violeta stayed strong and had beaten Brain cancer with the strength of God. During those five years her condition was starting to get better. Her hair started growing back and she started looking stronger. Unfortunately, that didn’t last very long and the cancer in her lungs got progressively worse and was causing her a lot of chest pain and cough.

Violeta’s was a Mom, Wife, Daughter, Aunt and a Friend to many. She was a strong woman who despite being diagnosed with stage four cancer kept fighting for her life to live to see her kids grow.

She was the most courageous, caring and kind person. She kept her head up no matter what and always stayed positive even in toughest circumstances. May God Bless Violeta.

Exactly a month ago, Violeta had just buried her twenty-five year old son, Eduardo Valera, on August 10th, 2024. Now her family is facing once again a very difficult challenge in their lives.

To help make this process a lot easier for Violeta’s Family, they need financial assistance and support to bury their beloved one.

El 3 de septiembre de 2024, mi madre, Violeta Valentin Valera, fue hospitalizada por dificultad para respirar. Se quedó en el hospital durante siete días hasta que dio su último aliento el 10 de septiembre de 2024.

Se suponía que Violeta solo iba a estar hospitalizada durante dos días, desafortunadamente su estado empeoró durante esos dos días.

Violeta Valentin Valera había estado luchando contra el cáncer de riñón en etapa 4, durante 5 años desde 2019. Durante estos 5 años, Violeta se mantuvo fuerte e igual había vencido el cáncer cerebral con la fuerza de Dios. Durante esos cinco años, su condición estaba empezando a mejorar. Su cabello comenzó a crecer y comenzó a verse más fuerte. Desafortunadamente, eso no duró mucho y el cáncer en sus pulmones empeoró al cual le estaba causando mucho tos y dolor en el pecho.

Violeta fue madre, esposa, hija, tía y amiga de muchos. Era una mujer fuerte que, a pesar de haber sido diagnosticada con cáncer en etapa cuatro, seguía luchando por su vida para vivir para ver crecer a sus hijos.

Ella era la persona más valiente, cariñosa y amable. Ella mantuvo la cabeza en alto y siempre se mantuvo positiva incluso en las circunstancias más difíciles. Que Dios bendiga a Violeta.

Hace exactamente un mes, Violeta había enterrado a su hijo de veinticinco años, Eduardo Valera, el 10 de agosto de 2024. Ahora su familia se enfrenta una vez más a un desafío muy difícil en sus vidas.

Para ayudar a que este proceso sea mucho más fácil para la familia de Violeta, necesitan asistencia financiera y apoyo para enterrar a su ser querido.
