Wade Andrew Whistler, of Barry, passed away March 20, 2020. He was born April 24, 2018 in Waxahachie to Drew and Briana Whistler.
Wade was all things boy. He loved being outside playing with a ball, his trucks, playing in the dirt and being around cows. He liked watching Paw Patrol and he loved playing with his sisters, Sissy and RaRa. His mommy was his person, he loved spending time with her. Wade never had a bad day, he was always full of joy, he brought joy everywhere he went. He was a perfect angel.
He is preceded in death by his aunt Grace Whistler.
Wade leaves behind his mommy and daddy, Philip and Briana Whistler; sisters, Reagan and Sadie Whistler; grandparents, Mark (PopPop) and Regina (Nini) Sims, Michael (Pappy) and Nancy (Nana) Whistler. Uncles and aunts, Cody and Courtney Sims, Josh and Sara Whistler, Todd Whistler, Isaac and Stacey Whistler, Jacquelyn and Matthew Ramey and numerous cousins.
Viewing will be 9am – 7pm Tuesday, March 24th at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home. Graveside service will be 10am Wednesday, March 25th at Dresden Cemetery with Pastor Rick Lamb officiating. Pallbearers will be Uncles, Cody Sims, Josh Whistler, Todd Whistler, Isaac Whistler.
