In Memory of Whitney Tobey, Gone Too Soon

Whitney Tobey of Darien, CT passed away on 11/9/2020 shortly after her 25th birthday. She had her family by her side as her difficult battle with illness came to an end. She had spent the last 2 months of her life hospitalized fighting as hard as she could to stay with us. She is now at peace and in heaven with her grandparents and father. Her family is heartbroken at losing her way too soon, especially her mother, her younger sister, and myself her older sister.
She was a daughter, sister, niece, and friend. But the title she was most proud of was aunt. She leaves behind many family members, but we know she loved her 10 month old niece most of all.
I am asking for help to cover the medical bills that have piled up over the course of her treatments and the funeral expense. No mother should have to plan a funeral for her baby, but I am hoping that the gift of helping with the inevitable costs will ease the enormous pain and heart ache.
