In Memory of William “Billy” Alcorn
On behalf of Jody, Ryley, Erica & Peyton Alcorn,
It is with heavy hearts that we learn of the sudden passing of our dear friend, a lifetime partner, a father, a son, a brother, William “Billy” Alcorn on March 14, 2022 at the age of 48.
Billy’s sudden passing leaves us numb, and his loss will leave a great void in the lives of his lifetime partner, their 3 daughters Ryley (25), Erica (23), Peyton (17) and his main man AJ (dog), his family, and all that knew and loved him dearly.
Billy adored his girls, he was a proud father, a loyal family man and friend to the core. He lived simply, he loved the sunshine (getting his tan on), loved to barbeque (could cook a mean steak), and was an all around sports fan (he could rhyme off stats all day long). Most know he had a hard love for the Buffalo Bills and the Philadelphia Flyers (he had been routing for them to win a Stanley cup since their last in 1975 - he was still in diapers), and he never missed an opportunity to chirp a Leafs fan. If you had Billy on your team, whichever team that was; you were a winner. Billy could so genuinely make light of the most difficult situations, he was quick witted and full of humor (often poking fun at himself for the enjoyment of others). He was very knowledgeable and loved documentaries It's hard to find all the words, but he will be so greatly missed.
Life circumstances had Billy out of work, and given his unexpected loss this fundraiser is created to assist the family with the cost for his Celebration of Life, a memorial plot, and any expenses incurred while they take the time to grieve his loss.
The outpouring of support, and family & friends who have encircled Jody & the girls with love since the news has been overwhelming. Any monetary contributions during this difficult time will assist Billy's family with honoring him, ultimately not enduring unforeseen financial stress. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.
