In Memory of Winston Simms
Donation protected
On December 22, 2021, we lost a caring husband, loving father, grandfather, dear uncle, and great friend. Winston Simms was a veteran in the U.S. Air Force who became disabled while serving in Vietnam.
On Thursday, December 13th, Winston's wife took him to the ER because he was not feeling well. Winston's health began deteriorating quickly and he had to be intubated. That is the last time he spoke to his wife, family, or friends. Over the next few days, his wife watched as the joyful and energetic man she knew fought for his life but after 6 days we lost a beautiful soul. As this was an unforeseen circumstance that no one had ever expected, we are reaching out to our family, friends, and community to assist us during these tough times.
Winston was a very hardworking man and never hesitated to help those around him. A truly humble woman, his wife Sharon did not ask for assistance to cover the costs of the funeral. However, she has also lost her father this year and is hurting deeply. That said, Winston and his wife Sharon have left a positive and lasting impact on all those who have had the pleasure of knowing them As a community, let us return some of the positivity that has passed our way over the years.
We are asking for help to relieve some of the funeral cost, so we can honor Winston's legacy and provide him with the beautiful service he deserves. Any generous donation would mean the world to us. We kindly request everyone share this post on their social media to spread the word. Please help in keeping this donation drive going for the family.
If you have any further questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact Christie here.
Thank you in advance for any generosity you can provide.
Sincerely,
Winston's loved ones
