In Memory of my beautiful butterfly
On August 3rd, 2024, our beloved sister, Zobeyda Martinez left us far too soon. Zobeyda which many new her as Freney, was a bright light in our lives.
She was known for her her jokes, making everyone laugh. She was diagnosed with Cancer June 2023, we went through Chemo & just so much throughout this journey this past year yet she was a fighter. No matter what condition or what she was facing she was always happy. Her generous spirit, and unwavering support for everyone around her. She touched the lives of so many with her kindness, she was self-less and her absence leaves such an enormous void that can never be filled.
Zobeyda was as a devoted daughter, a truly caring sister, an amazing aunt and a truly loyal friend. She was always there for everyone, offering her love and support through thick and thin. Now, as we navigate through this heartbreaking time, we want to honor her memory with a cremation and memorial service that truly reflects the incredible person she was. Zobeyda had a heart & soul of gold.
We are reaching out to our friends, family, and community for support. The suddenness of her passing has left us unprepared for the financial burden of funeral expenses. We hope to raise $5,000 to cover the costs of her service, and other related expenses.
We understand that times are tough for everyone, and we deeply appreciate any contribution, no matter the size. If you are unable to donate, sharing this campaign with others would mean the world to us.
Thank you for helping us celebrate Zobeyda's life and for supporting our family during this difficult time. Your generosity and kindness will always be remembered.
I would like to thank all of her doctors, starting with Dr. Rishe & Dr. Ariel Perez Perez who took such good care of her & did his absolute best. In addition I am beyond grateful for her amazing nurses at Baptist Kendall, assistance & the whole staff. I will forever be grateful for your patience & all the love you gave my sister.
With heartfelt & enormous gratitude,
Sincerely her loving sister, Sheila
