In need of some help

Hello everyone, I dont usually ask people for help and I dont really put my personal business out there for everyone to see but I'm afraid if I dont things will only get worse for me ,that being said I have swallowed my pride and decided to ask for help, I have been sick since November, I went to the hospital but they couldnt find what was wrong with me , after that visit because I dont have insurance I was billed 11,000 for them to tell me they didnt know for sure what was wrong  and i needed to see a specialist,  I went for a second opinion in Mexico,  after all the test ran it seems that I have bacterial pneumonia, and he also recommended I see a lung specialist because I cant breath,i run out of air just from walking and it takes a min to catch my breath , i have a hard time sleeping and my cough seems to be getting worse, I've missed alot of work ,I've missed hanging out with friends and family,  all I can manage to do  now is work and come home and pray I will get at least three hours of undisturbed sleep (but so far no luck) I'm asking for help so I can see a specialist in the U.S and hopefully they can tell me what more is wrong with me , any thing would help and I would be so greatly appreciated for anyone who would be willing to help me , I'm not sure how much it cost but the more I hold off the worse I begin to feel, all I want is answers,  if they tell me there is nothing they can do to help I will accept that and let the lord take me, but if there is ANY  chance I can get better I have so much more I want to do in this life I would not take it for granted...  Thank you for taking the time to read this and god bless you all, I understand times are hard for most of us so if you cant donate please share and keep me in your prayers..
