In need of help from multiple heart surgeries

Hello, my name is Chris and on November 1st 2021 i had heart surgery to do a repair on my mitral valve. Everything was good until January 5th of this year when i ended up back in the hospital due to abnormal chest pain and had to have a 2nd surgery to replace the mitral valve with a full mechanical valve. This unfortunate has put financial stress on my family. My amazing fiancé has also been dealing with some medical issues as well. So i am reaching out in these very crazy trying times for some help. I truly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. As much as i am trying to return to work, I am still waiting on cardiac rehab to start and to get the okay to go back to work.
