In need of help to fix foundation and furnace

Hello everyone! My name is Holly, I wanted to start by saying I'm doing this for my sister inlaw who lives in Busti New York

One of the last bad storms that we had broke and bowed there basement wall due to the ditch drain by the road being clogged and rusted. Which the county and state are saying it's not there responsibility to replace or even clear out! Her house insurance didn't cover any of it either!

She has two young boys at home, and that wall breaking from the water caused the furnace to break as well as the water heater. She can't run her washer nor her dryer because it's along that side. She was able to repair the water heater, but cant afford to fix the wall and furnace, or afford to leave the house and get another house or rent.

Shes been in her home for 23 years and the house is paid off. If the wall caves in that part of the house is going to fall, and in need of getting furnace working before winter comes. I'm trying to get her and the boys the help before it's too late. They are a very deserving family that have gone through a lot this year! Thank you for helping and sharing.
