In remembering of Jacob Hernandez..

Hey everyone, it is with heavy hearts as me & my family grieve the loss of my cousin, Jacob Frank Hernandez. He has brought so much love, happiness, & light into our lives & will be deeply missed by his family and those who knew him. As we come to terms with Jacob’s passing, we are faced with the difficult task of arranging his final farewell. We are planning a cremation & memorial service. Anything will help, no matter how small; our family will appreciate it genuinely. All that is raised will go towards Jacob’s cremation costs & memorial arrangements.
