In Remembrance of Crystal Dawson

On August 15th, 2024, Crystal was diagnosed with Stage IV Pancreatic Cancer. She was admitted to Grace Hospital for care.

On August 28th, she was given a prognosis of six months to one year left, if she could get healthy enough to receive palliative chemotherapy. More importantly, she was told she would be able to go home from the hospital in a day or two. Her boys worked hard to prepare their home for Crystal’s homecoming.

On August 29th, Crystal’s liver began to fail rapidly and she was informed that the six months to one year window would no longer be an accurate prognosis. Her and her boys were devastated.

On August 30th, at 10:15 PM, Crystal passed away surrounded by her family.

Crystal was 44 years old and loved nothing more than being a Mother - her sons were truly her world. She leaves behind Brandon (25), Caleb (23) and Memphis (15).

We are asking our community to support these boys in closing Crystal’s final expenses and transitional money to help with any issues that arise with their lives being completely changed so swiftly.
