In Remembrance of Dennis Morgan

We are Friends of Recovery-Dutchess, we have felt the outpouring of support for our dear friend and board member, Dennis. This loss has rippled through the community and affected us all. Dennis would want us to stand together as we heal and collectively come together to support his family and the community that is mourning.

This fundraiser is to support his wife, Kathy and his mother, Jane- as they move forward and try to navigate through this. It will help offset costs from the services, help Kathy continue to care for Jane and their animals, and hopefully relieve some financial stress so she can focus on self-care.

Dennis was a trailblazer in the community. He had a passion for helping those in need and had a deep love for his family and friends. If you knew Dennis, then you were blessed to know his kind heart and warm smile. He was great at making everyone feel better by spreading hope. Most of us were lucky enough to receive a special text to check in and remind us how much he appreciated and loved us. Keep going. You’re amazing.

Each of us needs to recall our memories with him and continue to do the work.
