In Remembrance of their son Zachary

My name is Dina Kimmel and I met the Batchelor family almost 6 years ago now when they decided to take over one of our franchises, a sensory gym, We Rock the Spectrum Oklahoma City. Their youngest was still an infant, diagnosed with Downs Syndrome and about to have a major surgery. I remember thinking, wow, they have a huge family and look what they are doing now in honor of their daughter. I was amazed by their grace and passion to have a safe space for their daughter, and her siblings. If you know Scott and Gwen, then you know how hard they worked to get through the pandemic, and keep their business alive. On Monday February 19th, their son Zachary passed away from complications due to Covid. As you can imagine, they are devastated. Please see below, Gwens prayer wishes.....

"What I need right now as a mother who lost her child.

1) prayer for peace and comfort that surpasses all understanding for my children and Scott and I

2) prayer that we can find the perfect respite care for my 83 year old father, so my Mom can travel with us on Friday back to the states.

3) prayer for my travel with our 3 daughters from Canada to OKLAHOMA on Friday. It is going to be a long day with an 8 hour lay over.

Our day starts at 430 am and will end at 910 pm

4) prayer for the right people to step in and work in the gym so our community still gets loved on and we all have the time we need to grieve

5) prayer for financial burdens of a funeral, time away from work will all be taken care of

6) Prayer for my hearts desires, for my sons love of music,, teaching, and kids to have a legacy where we can honor all that I admired and loved about him by giving the kids in our community free music classes or therapy.

We, as her We Rock family, wanted to start a campaign, in honor of Zachary to assist with any financial difficulties that lie ahead for them, as a result of this terrible tragedy.
