In Support of Ashley Apel

As we mourn the recent loss of an incredible woman, Ashley Apel - a Moberly Middle School teacher, we all take comfort in the memories we shared with her. We especially will remember her bright smile, her infectious laugh, and her kind spirit.

Ashley cherished her husband, Roger, and the life they shared together. She was a devoted mother to her two sons, Gabe & Ryan, cheering them on at every football and soccer game. Her sons' passions became her own, and she was always there to offer support and encouragement.

In the kitchen, Ashley was a skilled baker, whipping up delectable treats that brought joy to all who tasted them. Her creativity and attention to detail made every dessert a work of art.

Coming from southern Missouri, she had a love for Branson and a special fondness for Silver Dollar City. Road trips there weren't complete without a stop at Buc-ees.

A history buff at heart, she was a member of the Historic Preservation Commission in Moberly, MO. Her love for history was evident in her conversations, which were always showered with fascinating facts and insights. Ashley’s love for Harry Potter was contagious, and she often shared her passion with colleagues and friends.

In the face of this heartbreak, we are coming together to support Ashley’s family. Your contribution will help alleviate some of the financial burdens they may face in the days to come.
