Dear friends and family, I am writing this on behalf of my mother, Lisbeth Thompson, the loving wife of Gustavo Gonzalez, mother, and grandmother, who recently found out that she has a brain tumor. First of all, I want to thank you for taking the time to hear my mom’s story. She is an amazing woman who has dedicated her life to helping others. Her warmhearted kindness, compassion, and care are legendary.

Three weeks ago, she started losing movement in her left arm and left leg, and after a few tests, she was diagnosed with a brain tumor for which she is in treatment right now. Unfortunately, that won’t be enough; she will need brain surgery to remove it.

She has received so much support from her family and friends that they have been asking how they can help even more, so that is why we decided to create this fundraising to help with the expenses, medication, aftercare, and so much more. Please share this with everyone you can.

Queridos amigos y familiares, escribo esto en nombre de mi madre, Lisbeth Thompson, la amada esposa de Gustavo González, madre y abuela, quien recientemente descubrió que tiene un tumor cerebral. En primer lugar, quiero agradecerles por tomarse el tiempo de escuchar la historia de mi mamá. Es una mujer increíble que ha dedicado su vida a ayudar a los demás. Desafortunadamente, eso no será suficiente; ella necesitará una cirugía cerebral para removerlo.
