In Support of the daughters of Monica Zuniga

We are saddened to communicate that our beloved Clinic Manager of 21 years and dear friend, Monica Zuniga, lost her valient, decade long battle with Congestive Heart Failure/Pulmonary Hypertension on April 30th.
Many of you will remember Monica from her friendly voice over the phone at our reception desk, her contagious smile and her willingness to sit and listen or offer kind words to all who walked through our doors. At Darien PT, Monica made our facility special because she created a family environment. She truly cared about her fellow colleagues & patients and was lovingly called our “clinic mom.”
While being an outstanding and utmost, professional clinic manager while courageously battling her illness, Monica was a devoted, loving wife to her husband, Alex, and a stand-out, full-time, hands-on mother to her two, adored teenage daughters, Alexis and Maddy.
Monica’s daughters and family filled her heart with love and gave her hope even during the most trying times of her illness. She rejoiced in each of their milestones and was eager to share her contentment in being a wife to such a wonderful husband and a mother to their two, beautiful blessings.
In honor of Monica’s memory and to ensure that her wish of nothing but love and big dreams for her daughters comes to fruition, the staff of Darien PT would like to consider any cooperation possible for her daughters’ educational futures and to assist her family in offsetting any funerary costs during this most difficult time.
Monica Zuniga’s memory will never be forgotten. We extend our sincerest condolences to her family and to the countless others whose lives she has touched along her path.
With Much Love,
