In The Loving Memory of Erika Lopez

Hello, my name is Yeileen Espinoza. I am raising money to help the family of Erika Lopez with funeral expenses or other expenses the family might have to make. This was a huge loss to the family seeing as she left behind 2 children and her husband, as well as many family and friends that cared for her dearly. Erika Lopez went missing on Friday night and was reported missing to CPD. The family had also alerted CPD that Erika had recently been harassed and stalked by an individual that she had already reported to the Ceres Police Department for an incident prior. The Lopez family notified CPD with urgency fearing that Erika could be in danger, but were not granted the support they wished. On September 24th the Lopez family took it upon themselves to search for her where Erika’s phone was last at and sadly her vehicle was found at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Modesto, CA where her body was also found. The family is mourning the loss of a loved one that they should not have to had the Ceres Police Department stepped up to help this family in their time of need. Erika Lopez was an amazing, kind, and caring human being. She was someone’s daughter, sister, mother, cousin, friend, and more. She meant a great amount to a lot of different people. Erika nor her family deserved any of this. She deserves justice and for her story to be shared.
